Carriages are excited to announce their partnership with Executive Chef Fabrizio Morelli. Having worked for over 20 years in top Italian restaurants – Carriages is proud to relaunch under his leadership and expertise to bring London to the Hertfordshire-Bedfordshire border without the price tag.
Fabrizio has worked as Executive Chef to Gino D’Acampo, opening the Gino D’Acampo My Pasta Bars chain in London. He has also been head chef at The Green Man in Clophill, Nolita’s in Potters Bar (fine dining and club) and more recently Little Italy/Bar Italia fame in Soho. His passion is creating simple yet elegant Mediterranean dishes, with flair and a modern twist. He is honoured and proud to be a part of The Linton tradition.
